I've never used it, but since it says ';Daily';, I bet it's safe to use everyday. Instead of Suave, which I never found to be a good brand, I would recommend Neutrogena Anti-Residue Shampoo. You only have to use it once a week and a 6-ounce bottle lasts for three months.Suave Daily Clarifying Shampoo?
it'll tell you on the bottle but just so you know, Suave products have many of the same ingredients that floor wax has
