Clarifying Shampoo.....??

I normally wash my hair every other day, my hair is very oily but dry at the ends, I use hair serums, leave in conditioners, shine infusions, blow drier every other day and use a flat iron daily. I have been doing this for a couple of years and have never used a clarifying shampoo to rid my hair of all the junk that i use.

I have a question about clarifying shampoos though....

Is it recommended that i use one to begin with and which one is the best?

Should i use it daily or just once a week?

Do i have to use a conditioner after shampooing?Clarifying Shampoo.....??
any pro. Clarifying shampoo is good....you can also clarify with vinegar...It works.

once a month is good enoughClarifying Shampoo.....??
i researched this a while ago online and once a week u put shampoo in ur palm (when in shower) then put a quarter size of baking soda on top of that, mix it together and shampoo like u regularly do, its same as clarifying, but cheaper and better on ur hair. then u use conditioner like normal, but remember, do this only ONCE a week
My hair sounds just like yours. Make sure you are keeping the leave in conditioner and serums off your scalp if you aren't already. As for the clarifying shampoo, I use a cheap one and it works great. My scalp is so oily I can use it just on my scalp more often that once a week, but the rest of your hair don't do more than once a week because it will dry your hair out. You'll see once you try it. And yes, use a conditioner after you shampoo. Works for me...
I use Herbal Essence and I use it every time i wash my hair and then condition
use a clarifying shampoo 1-2 times a week leave in for 5 minutes and rinse. You will have to use a conditioner weather its a daily or a leave in. this will make your hair feel dry but it won't be, it's stripping all that gunk out. biologe has a new cooling mint shampoo, conditioner and a oil control spray that would work for your hair, you wouldn't have to use a clarifying shampoo with that. Any clarifying shampoo would work though.
